The National Organizations for Youth Safety (NOYS) began in 1994 and is a coalition of national organizations, business leaders, and federal agencies focused on youth engagement and the promotion of health and safety for youth.
Developed an annual National Youth Traffic Safety Month that has now expanded to Global Youth Traffic Safety Month. Each May, thousands of youth engaged in peer to peer traffic safety efforts help to raise awareness about traffic safety for youth. The months of May-August are the deadliest months on the road for youth.
Partnered with AT&T to develop a community action guide and distribute The Last Text documentary to thousands of youth across the country.
